Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Cincinnati NE Mason

The front desk was very courteous, friendly, and accommodating. Check-in was fast and easy. The room was above our expectations. The room price was a great value during a high volume time we that we stayed. The hotel is reasonably close to Kings Island amusement park, the reason for our stay.They really took wonderful care of us, as I'm sure they do with all their guests that stay with them. I highly recommend staying at this Haythorn property, as I know I'll be staying there the next time I visit Kings Island.

Fortunately I got chance to interact with the owner of the hotel. I must say Mr. Sam is such a generous person. He is extremely helpful and courteous. Overall, my stay at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Cincinnati was nothing short of exceptional. The level of service, attention to detail, and commitment to guest satisfaction set your establishment apart. I would like to extend my gratitude to your entire team for making my visit so memorable. I loved how the room was set up and how big it was. It smelled good too. I loved that the tv had Netflix and showtime it was pretty big The air conditioning worked wonderfully. The kitchen had a stove microwave and dishwasher sink and coffee machine and a big fridge with big freezer. I didnt use any of it but very nice to have. The couch was comfy, The pool looked very clean, it was quite no one at the pool all day. The lobby was so nice they have snacks and drinks you can buy . The office ladies were nice and friendly.

Good room and commfortable bed, plent of hot water.

I like that the rooms were very decent size for my family, the staff was so nice and helpful and they had a nice selection for breakfast.
